Before the first ceviche was served, Luis and Nora poured their hearts into the construction and home care industries 🏗️🏠 to support their family. Their tireless hard work caught the eye of an angel investor, securing the loan that would change Northern New Mexico's culinary landscape forever. Since opening the doors in 1995, that small spark has grown into the best Mexican seafood restaurant in New Mexico, with three beloved locations in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and Española 📍🌮.
